It has been a busy time in the shop, with a new staff member settling in, a big feature in the local newspaper, and window dressing with our work experience pupil from a local school. I hope you enjoy our featured flower arrangement of the month and are tempted by our bird gift. There is also a lovely photo of one of our beautiful brides with her bouquet.

Our new member of staff, Pat Lundon has been with us for 4 weeks now and is settling in nicely. She found out about the job through our newsletter, realised she ticked all the boxes regarding qualifications and experience and decided to apply, we are so glad she did.

Christmas Window

Full range of decorations now in stock - and lots from the ever popular Gisela Graham

We have received all our Christmas decoration stock and had great fun unpacking it all and doing our window.

We had the help of a work experience girl, Christine from Bellerive School who was with us for two weeks and decorating the window was the final project we did with her.
This was the first time we had taken on a school work experience pupil and we did not know what to expect - however it was an absolute pleasure and she was great fun to work with.
We would highly recommend other businesses to take on work experience pupils.
