Hi Gemma
There are exciting things happening for us online. First the new email newsletter met with good feedback and we have been busy at the Doug Richard (Dragons Den) "Web fuelled" event for business, developing plans for our website.
It is a very busy time in the shop too, it is Easter of course, and we would be happy to send any special bouquets, flower arrangements or gifts on your behalf to friends and family.
We are also planning for Ladies Day at Aintree which is on Friday April 13th, and this month's featured flowers and gifts will be perfect if you and your friends are planning your outfits.
There is news of a great new range of garden gifts and ornaments that you will love and some tips on keeping roses fresh.

| Flower arrangement of the month |
| | | As part of the Ladies' Day theme, our featured flower arrangement of the month is a wrist corsage.
This will be created with your choice of flower and colour. It comes on an expandable pearl effect bracelet.

There are some lovely examples of other corsages on our website but you are not restricted to these choices. We will work with you to ensure that whatever you choose looks wonderful and perfectly accessorises with your outfit.
Corsages are also lovely to wear at weddings, graduation balls and other special events when you want to look your very best. |

Just in time for the summer season, we have added a gorgeous range of aged metal products for your garden. These stylish items will really set your garden or yard off, and you will be the envy of your neighbours.

| Caring for your fresh flowers |
| If you have bought roses and had to keep them out of water for any length of time please follow this great tip. Cut their stems at a 45 degree slant, and keeping the heads wrapped with stems sticking out, plunge about 2” of their stems into boiling water for 30 seconds then put them straight into cold for a couple of minutes. Remove wrapping and arrange as usual. This will get rid of any airlocks in the stems and stop the heads from drooping. |
